The Problem
When the Proof Behind a Claim Can't Be Found
Every label makes promises: tested, certified, organic, sustainable, clean. Buildings, hotels, and products carry marks that make the same promise on their behalf. Consumers, retailers, auditors, and regulators increasingly go looking for the evidence, and what they find today is a dead end: no results published, a logo with no way to confirm it's still valid, a PDF from two years ago, or a lookup that demands a lot code, a login, or a phone call.
That gap used to cost trust. Now it costs market access. EU regulation is tightening and US disclosure laws are multiplying, category by category, and the public, current, ungated proof page is becoming a legal requirement. Enforcement is no longer theoretical: warning letters have gone out, brands have been graded publicly on the quality of their disclosure, and the first sales bans arrive in 2027.
When questions surface publicly, whoever defends the claim needs a verifiable, timestamped artifact. IntegraLayer exists so that artifact is already live before anyone asks.
