Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 8, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how IntegraLayer LLC ("IntegraLayer," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information in connection with our website at integralayer.io and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

We collect a limited set of information, in line with our neutrality-first design.

Information you provide directly

  • Contact form submissions. When you submit our contact form, we collect your first name, last name, email address, company name, reason for inquiry, and any message you choose to include.
  • Scheduling. If you book a call, the booking tool (Calendly) may collect your name, email, and any details you enter. Please review Calendly's privacy policy for their practices.
  • Correspondence. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.

Information collected automatically

  • Basic server and usage data. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, referring pages, and timestamps. This data is used for security, diagnostics, and aggregate analytics.
  • Cookies. Our website does not currently set marketing or tracking cookies. Third-party embeds (such as Calendly or Google Fonts) may set their own cookies when you interact with them; those are governed by the respective third parties' policies.

Certification data

IntegraLayer is infrastructure for certification bodies. Any certification records processed through our platform are provided by, and remain under the control of, the issuing certification body. IntegraLayer does not issue, interpret, or judge the underlying certifications. Data retention, correction, and removal of certification records are governed by the certification body's own policies and our applicable agreements with them.

2. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • respond to inquiries and provide information about the Services;
  • schedule and conduct meetings you request;
  • operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms;
  • protect the security and integrity of the Services.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use contact form data for unrelated marketing.

3. How we share information

We share information only where reasonably necessary:

  • Service providers. We use trusted vendors to deliver core functions, including website hosting, email delivery, contact form handling (FormSubmit), and scheduling (Calendly). These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms.
  • Legal and safety. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of IntegraLayer, our users, or the public.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Data retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We practice minimal data retention by design.

5. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent where applicable. To exercise these rights, email us at rachel@integralayer.io. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.

6. Security

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. International users

IntegraLayer LLC is based in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, information you provide may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, which may have data-protection laws different from those in your jurisdiction.

8. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

9. Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties. Please review their privacy policies before providing information.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
