1. About IntegraLayer

IntegraLayer provides neutral infrastructure for public certification verification. We do not issue certifications, judge compliance, or act as a certification authority. Certification bodies remain solely responsible for the accuracy, status, issuance, and revocation of their own certificates.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use this website on behalf of yourself or an organization you represent. By using the website, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Use of the website

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You will not:

  • use the website in any way that violates applicable law or regulation;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website or its underlying systems;
  • interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the website;
  • use any automated means to access, scrape, or harvest content from the website;
  • misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
  • upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

4. Demos and informational content

Any interactive demos, prototypes, sample certificates, or illustrative content on this website are provided for informational purposes only. Sample data shown in demos is fictitious unless clearly labeled otherwise and does not represent real certifications. The demos are not a substitute for the production Services, which are delivered under separate agreements with certification bodies.

5. Intellectual property

The website and its contents — including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and arrangement — are the property of IntegraLayer LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The "IntegraLayer" name and logo are trademarks of IntegraLayer LLC. IntegraLayer's underlying methods and systems are the subject of pending patent applications.

6. Third-party services and links

The website integrates with, or links to, third-party services including but not limited to Calendly, FormSubmit, Google Fonts, and LinkedIn. We are not responsible for the content, availability, terms, or privacy practices of third parties. Your interactions with those third parties are governed by their own terms and policies.
